Inside the restaurant or outside, at the edge of the park, you will be able to savour a regional cooking made of fresh produces. Your meal is accompanied by well-known local wines which have been awarded a prize for the most part. (côtes du Luberon, côtes du Ventoux…)
Philippe, the Chef, will make you discover the culinary delights of his cooking with some of this specialities as toast of hot goat‘s cheese with Tapenade (black olive based French speciality), “cassolette” of sea food, “Estouffade à la Provençale”, poultry fricassee “à l’ancienne”, lamb… |
Dishes are all served with seasonal vegetables from local producers. Then before the end your meal, you will probably let yourself be tempted by tasting French cheese specially chosen by Philippe at the well-know Apt’s Market (on Saturdays) as Banon, Picodon and many more besides.
Then, you will savour the imaginative dessert of the Chef.
